ICRC Suspends Food Aid to 1.1 Million Somalis

NAIROBI, Kenya - The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is temporarily suspending distribution of aid to more than one million people in central and southern Somalia, after local authorities blocked deliveries of food and seeds.
