Tough times for Ugandan's internal refugees

KAMPALA, Uganda - It's been three and a half years since the last brutal attacks by the Lord's Resistance Army on internally displaced people's camps in northern Uganda. While many have returned to their homes, the most helpless remain. Those who stayed behind - especially the elderly - now fear that the return home may never happen.
